  1. Any personal details you knowingly provide us with through forms or other correspondence delivered by post, telephone and email, such as name, address, telephone number etc.
  2. Any personal details that you knowingly provide through interaction with our Website.

Elements of your personal data will be shared with other Minerva Society members via the members’ only area of the website. This data is limited to your name, course/entry, email address and any notes that you have provided for the purpose of staying in touch.

We may pass your data to other parties who are providing services to us in order that we can provide services to you. Examples would be name and vehicle details for site access security purposes or name and dietary requirements for menu purposes.

We will keep your personal data for as long as you are a member of the Minerva Society.
